TTA is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment and is passionate about helping clients solve business challenges through tailored learning and development solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Marlborough, MA, with occasional travel to client locations and industry events.

Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new business opportunities across a wide range of industries.
Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective and repeat clients to meet sales goals.
Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers to expand business partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to scope client requirements and deliver customized proposals.
Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities using sales systems and tools.
Stay current on trends in learning and development to inform client conversations.
Attend occasional client meetings, conferences, or trade shows as needed.
Qualifications:
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in learning and development, staffing, consulting, or professional services.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong prospecting skills, including outbound calling and lead generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled at building long-term client relationships.
Experience working with companies ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
Ability to travel as needed.
Must be able to work on-site in Marlborough, MA part of the week.
