Position Title: Sales Executive - Wealth Management & UHNW Clients
Reports To: Chief Development Officer
Position Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Wealth Managers, Family Offices and UHNW clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique needs and preferences of these clients, with a particular emphasis on charitable giving strategies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of philanthropic planning and be adept at offering tailored solutions that align with clients' financial goals, values, and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, target, and acquire new Wealth Management firms and UHNW clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align strategies with overall business objectives. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform sales strategies and client engagement. Customized Solutions: Provide bespoke solutions and services tailored to the specific needs of Family Offices and UHNW clients. This may include investment management, estate planning, philanthropy, and lifestyle advisory. Charitable Giving Advisory: Advise clients on charitable giving options and strategies, including the establishment of foundations, donor-advised funds, and other philanthropic vehicles. Help clients maximize the impact of their charitable contributions while aligning with their personal values and financial goals. Networking & Partnerships: Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts, including financial advisors, wealth managers, and other professionals who serve Family Offices and UHNW clients. Leverage these relationships to generate referrals and new business opportunities. Client Education: Educate clients on the range of services and products available, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their financial decisions. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client engagements. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) CFA, CFP) are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services or philanthropic services industry. Experience working with Family Offices and UHNW clients is highly desirable. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of charitable giving strategies and philanthropic planning.
