Specific Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for bringing on the clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
Develop contact with new customers by cold calling, emailing and in-person visits
Become a valuable resource to all of your clients and prospects
Follow all safety and food safe procedures
Attend Trade Shows and training workshops
Become an industry expert to best support your clients
Meet and surpass your monthly revenue targets
Attend weekly sales meetings and provide management with industry & competitive insights
What We're Looking For Includes:
Bachelor or college degree preferred & 3 - 5 years minimum outside sales experience
B2B sales experience in the labels and packaging industry
Consultative selling skills, exceptional business development aptitude
Relationship-based sales style with strong questioning skills
Highly evolved time management skills and a good sense of urgency
Highly motivated self-starter with a great sense of humour
Ability to adapt and connect with new prospects
