Were now looking to expand our team with a dynamic Sales Executive who can help us strengthen our retail partnerships, drive new business, and play a key role in our product development journey. The Role As a Sales Executive , youll be at the forefront of growing Peter Grimms wholesale and retail business. This isnt just a traditional sales rolewere looking for someone who brings a strong background in product development and product production to help us innovate, differentiate, and deliver quality at scale. Youll be responsible for: Account Growth & Retention : Resurrecting inactive accounts, managing existing partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. New Business Development : Prospecting, pitching, and landing new accounts across multiple retail and specialty channels. Product Collaboration : Working closely with our design and production teams to align product offerings with market demand and customer feedback. Market Strategy : Identifying trends, competitor insights, and opportunities to expand our presence in new and existing markets. Revenue Responsibility : Driving measurable sales growth through effective account management and new account acquisition. What Were Looking For Proven track record in sales and account management , ideally in apparel, accessories, or consumer goods. Experience in product development (concept to market) and product production (manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain knowledge). Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Excellent communication skillswritten, verbal, and presentation.
