What You’ll Do Hunt New Business – Identify, target, and win new customers through strategic prospecting, market intel, and your own network. Grow Existing Accounts – Strengthen relationships, understand client needs, and deliver innovative packaging solutions. Own the Sales Cycle – From lead generation to contract negotiation to post-sale follow-up, you’ll run the show. What You Bring Proven success selling in the packaging space or transferable B2B sales expertise from another industry. Strong B2B sales skills with a solution-selling mindset . An entrepreneurial approach to building and managing your territory. Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. 3+ years in sales (packaging experience preferred) + BS/BA in business or related field desired.
