Compensation ranges Competitive To ensure success in this position; Ideal candidates are 1- current agronomists or farm managers managing one or multiple farms. 2- current farming services/products distribution managers with existing farmer relationships. 3- anyone with farming knowledge and existing relationships with farmers that they can conduct sample treatment for.
NOTE: Treated trees and crops will do the selling for you - our motto is Plants do not lie. All you have to do is conduct the sample treatment and within a 2-4 weeks, the farm will become your client. We can provide you with additional farm leads (names, size, crop types, soil condition and contact names/phone/email) and details on their current production crops and soil condition analysis to help you establish additional relationships with the power of knowledge. Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the companys growth.
