Engage, consult, and build relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle and recommend the ideal Ferrari vehicle
Present vehicle options, performance features, purchase and finance solutions, and dealership services
Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with past and prospective clients
Maintain customer profiles and progress through our store-specific CRM and digital tools
Stay up to date on Ferrari’s newest models, features, and the latest automotive innovations
Attend ongoing product and sales training to remain at the top of your game
What We’re Looking For:
Previous Automotive luxury experience
High-end customer service experience (luxury, real estate, fine jewelry, hospitality, etc.) is valued
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Tech-savvy with solid time-management abilities
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
