About the Role:
This is a lead generation and business development position for our Houston Market: Salesforce, Cloud Solutions, and AI & Analytics Practice.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work closely with our Texas based practice leaders on GTM strategy
- Work with our marketing professionals on outreach campaigns
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship development.
- Leverage existing network and relationships in the Houston market to drive pipeline growth.
- Develop a clear understanding of client needs and match them with our solutions across Salesforce, AI/Data, and IT Managed Services.
- Schedule and lead introductory and discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to scope opportunities and deliver proposals.
- Maintain and track pipeline activities using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and pipeline development.
- Support Partner Relationships with GTM Partners, leverage partner channel for leads
- 3-7 years of experience in IT consulting or IT staffing sales.
- Proven ability to drive lead generation and book meetings through persistent outreach.
- Strong understanding of the Houston technology and business market.
- Active local network and ability to leverage personal relationships for warm introductions.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Self-starter with a high level of energy, motivation, and discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide value-added solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Some Travel Required, <15%
