We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Sales Executive to sell our industry-leading payroll services. This role involves prospecting new clients, generating sales leads, and converting those leads into long-term relationships. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals and ongoing relationship management. Ideal candidates should possess strong sales experience, a deep understanding of payroll services, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and engage new business opportunities via cold calls, emails, networking, and other outreach strategies. Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations, product demos, and meetings with prospective clients to showcase payroll solutions tailored to their specific needs. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service offerings to close sales and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and continued business growth. Market Insight: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes affecting payroll services. Reporting & Documentation: Accurately track all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular updates to management on sales progress. Preferred Qualifications [Willing to train] Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the payroll, HR, or financial services industry. Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance regulations, and HR services. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to manage multiple prospects, deals, and deadlines simultaneously. Must Haves A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A proactive self-starter with a passion for building relationships and solving client needs.
