United Roofing is a leader in residential and commercial roofing services throughout the Carolinas. We are seeking a results-driven Residential Sales Manager to establish, lead, and develop our door-to-door sales division in Greenville. This role is critical to achieving our ambitious growth objectives and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and train a team of residential sales representatives focused on door-to-door lead generation.
  • Provide consistent coaching and performance management to ensure individual and team success.
  • Oversee daily sales activities, including canvassing, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct structured daily meetings and monthly performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Deliver regular reports to senior leadership regarding sales metrics, team performance, and market conditions.
  • Promote and uphold United Roofings core values, ensuring a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays and past 5:00 PM as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in residential sales management; experience in roofing, solar, pest control, home improvement, or other door-to-door industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and hold team members accountable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with sales software and CRM tools.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
