Role Description We are seeking a Sales Floor Manager for our Plano, TX location. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on creating a positive shopping experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day floor operations. As a small business, this role offers variety, independence, and the chance to directly impact both the customer experience and the success of the store.

What You’ll Do: Serve as the go-to person on the sales floor for both customers and team members Assist customers with product knowledge, insurance options, and cash-purchase alternatives Maintain organized, appealing product displays and ensure inventory is stocked and accurate Oversee daily store operations on the floor, including opening/closing duties Handle customer questions, concerns, or issues with professionalism and care Work closely with ownership to suggest improvements and support company growth

Pay Range: $19–$23 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and people skills Retail floor experience (preferred) Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
