Sales Fundamentals Career Training Program at Year Up United summary: The Sales Fundamentals Career Training Program by Year Up United is an intensive, year-long training initiative that equips young adults with technical and professional skills through classroom instruction, internships, and personalized coaching. Participants gain hands-on experience with industry leaders like Microsoft, Accenture, and Salesforce, alongside business communication, interviewing, and networking skills. The program aims to prepare motivated individuals without a bachelor’s degree for successful careers, with a 75% employment or education continuation rate within four months post-graduation. Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Year Up United participants also receive an educational stipend. The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. If you receive an internship, it may be at Microsoft, Accenture, Salesforce, or Seattle Children's Hospital among other leading organizations in the Seattle/Bellevue Washington area.
