Summary
The Sales Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful opening and market launch of new Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Communities. This role supports the Market Sales Lead to execute implementation plans using standardized development tools and timelines to ensure enrollment and membership goals are achieved.
This position plays a pivotal role in establishing a sustainable lead generation process, achieving enrollment targets, and ensuring smooth transitions to the long-term sales and clinical teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Execute implementation plans for new or re-launched targeted SNF /ALC accounts, as determined by Market Sales leadership. Meet project plan timelines and lead generation goals both prior to opening and for 90 days post-effective date. Work closely with Market Leaders to meet market penetration and enrollment targets. Lead the introduction and implementation of a compliant, sustainable lead generation process within new facilities. Ensure facilities have reached critical mass in lead generation to support effective clinical and sales operations. Directly manage enrollment activities (25% of responsibilities), including B2C sales when necessary. Adhere to all regulatory and company compliance standards. Meet and maintain licensing and certification requirements, including annual re-certification as defined by leadership. Provide accurate and timely data for site-level reporting related to new business development and growth. Foster collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams, including: Clinical team coordination to align on patient/resident needs. Sales team coordination to support seamless hand-offs post-implementation. Operations and Network teams, providing timely updates and insights. Sharing feedback across departments to enhance processes, relationships, and outcomes. Qualifications
Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a health insurance sales license within 90 days of hire. 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Project Management. 5+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role. Customer service experience with a focus on engagement and satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills. Willingness and ability to host and schedule sales appointments when needed. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Capable of daily travel (up to 75%). Preferred: 3-5 years of healthcare industry experience, including Medicare, Medicaid Managed Care, Health Insurance, or Nursing Home settings. Direct experience working with or in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent self-management and time management abilities. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
