About the Role
Energy Management Corporations looking for a high-impact leader to spearhead the growth of our Las Vegas operation. This is not your traditional branch manager role, it's an entrepreneurial leadership position focused on building and scaling industrial generator and service sales in the region.
You'll lead sales efforts for industrial generators, build deep relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, and key end users, and expand our generator service offerings. You'll also be responsible for scaling our other product and service offerings which include electric motor, variable frequency drive, and power quality.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a builder environment, is energized by sales, and can eventually scale a high-performing team as business demands grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth (Primary Focus)
- Drive revenue for Generac industrial generator sales through direct sales, relationship building, and channel development.
- Organize and lead Lunch & Learns and other engagement activities with consulting engineers and contractors.
- Develop and execute a regional strategy for penetrating new industrial markets.
- Service Expansion
- Expand generator service sales and support the operations leader in building a high-performing service team.
- Ensure delivery quality and responsiveness to service customers. You are the local eyes and ears.
- Customer Success & Retention
- Maintain and grow key accounts by ensuring excellent service, communication, and responsiveness.
- Leadership & Strategy
- Operate as a solo leader initially, wearing multiple hats as a sales leader and operational strategist.
- Lay the foundation for future team hires based on volume and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to track performance and adjust strategy as needed.

Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial sales, operations, or field services (power generation a strong plus)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a bias for action and accountability
- Leadership experience, with the potential to hire and manage a growing team
- Knowledge of the Las Vegas market and contractor/engineer community is a plus
