Description As an UGG Sales Lead with Keys, you create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. You greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring all their questions are answered accurately before they leave. You provide exceptional service from start to finish, including explaining our return policy. Maintaining a positive attitude and promoting the store and brand image are essential. You also make yourself available to assist customers both in-store and over the phone.
Your responsibilities extend beyond sales: operating the cash register, handling money accurately, checking inventory daily, ensuring products are stocked, and merchandising according to Visual Merchandising standards. You maintain a clean and organized back-stock and employee break area, practice safety, and respond to theft according to policies. As a team member, you promote a positive work environment by recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining respect.
