Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on engineered components and custom manufacturing solutions. Drive strategic growth across key verticals including aerospace, medical, automotive, and retail. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners. Collaborate with engineering and operations to align customer needs with technical capabilities. Identify new market opportunities and lead go-to-market initiatives for innovative spring technologies. Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

A successful Sales Leader should have: Proven expertise in sales leadership within the industrial or manufacturing industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and teams. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. Experience in analyzing market trends and leveraging insights to drive sales. Capability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving ambitious targets. Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software to manage client relationships. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting track record in industrial or manufacturing sales leadership, ideally in engineered products. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and solution-based selling. Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment between sales and operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagement and business development. What's on Offer
