Responsibilities
  • Calling, presenting, and selling insurance products and services to prospective customers
  • Educating and offering clients tailored policies based on their unique needs
  • Conducting client-focused needs meetings with new and current clients
  • Identifying and qualifying sales leads from sources such as lead databases, networking, referrals, and marketing
  • Building and fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain trust and loyalty
  • Assisting clients with claims and ensuring they feel supported
  • Collaborating with the team to set goals and create action plans

Requirements
  • Enthusiastic about how insurance and financial products help people manage risks and achieve their goals
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dependable and customer-focused mindset
  • Must have a valid insurance license before starting the position
  • Allstate /Lead Manager Experience preferred.
