BODY20 Brookhaven is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive studio growth. Compensation, Benefits & Perks: Competitive base salary of $50,000-$60,000 based on experience + commission + bonus (uncapped earning potential) Health Care Paid PTO FREE BODY20 membership What You'll Do: Lead studio sales efforts, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing memberships Manage and mentor sales team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets Develop and implement local marketing and outreach strategies Oversee the entire membership sales pipeline from prospect to onboarding Become BODY20 EMS certified to coach members as needed Represent the BODY20 brand with passion and professionalism Collaborate closely with the Studio Owners and Head Coach to maintain a high-performance, high-energy environment What We're Looking For: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the fitness and/or wellness industries. Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience coordinating and leading marketing events Performance driven, hate to lose mindset Outstanding communication and customer service skills Comfortable with CRM, email marketing, and other technologies.
