What you will be doing Manage a team of 9 commercial sales representatives Manage your own pipeline using CRM systems Build trusting and long-lasting relationships with local and national accounts Set targets and KPIs, mentor sales reps and ensure they have all the tools they need to succeed What we need from you 5 years experience in commercial sales (commercial roofing heavily preferred) A passion for building partnerships and delivering value Outstanding verbal and written communication skills A resilient, result driven attitude Experience managing a team of sales representatives Dont hesitate and APPLY NOW .
