Sales Manager for Maui Region - Puunene (Central Maui Baseyard), Hawaii HPM Building Supply in Puunene (Central Maui Baseyard), Hawaii, is seeking to hire a Sales Manager for the Maui Region. The Sales Manager, in partnership with the Regional Manager, leads the sales team in a geographic region to expertly serve customers, maintain high standards and meet and exceed sales targets. The Sales Manager ensures correct staffing levels, and is responsible for hiring, training, and providing guidance to sales team members. The Sales Manager will travel occasionally to other islands (L?na?i, Moloka?i, O?ahu, Big Island). Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the building materials / construction supply industry and an understanding of the Maui market's unique challenges (logistics, supply chains, workforce). Community Engagement: Willingness to represent HPM in local industry associations and community organizations, building our presence and reputation.
