Sales Manager Lewis Bakeries, Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager for the Tullahoma, Manchester, Fayetteville TN areas. The desired candidate must be located in this area. The position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Overview Lewis Bakeries Inc. is a leading producer of baked goods in about a dozen states in the Midwest, anchored by its flagship brands Bunny Bread, Healthy Life, and Lewis Bake Shop bread. Essential Functions Manage customer accounts including developing, and growing customer relationships in a big box selling environment. Providing leadership to a team to achieve sales volume targets Recruit, train and develop a team of store merchandisers to meet customer requirements and expectations, as well as sales targets Providing feedback to management to ensure effective results Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by following company strategies Observing and reporting competitive activity within the territory and recommending solutions to management Promoting practices that result in all employees conducting themselves in a safe and professional manner Qualifications Successful candidates must have at least three years of sales and management experience in a consumer packaged goods or direct store delivery environment.
