This is not an entry-level role — we need someone with proven phone sales and management experience who can train, motivate, and oversee a team of high-volume sales agents. ***If you've never made sales calls or have zero sales experience, please do not apply.*** What You'll Do Lead, train, and motivate a team of phone sales agents to hit and exceed targets Manage attendance, schedules, and agent performance Conduct interviews and assist with hiring and onboarding Manage dialer systems, lead flow, and call quality Step in on calls when agents need support and close deals directly Multitask across management, administrative, and sales responsibilities Build a high-energy, results-driven office culture Experience managing Google Ads offices, Limited Medical offices, Vacation/Tours offices, Moving offices, or Car Warranty offices may qualify you for higher salary and bonus opportunities.
