Each property is assigned a dedicated Sales Manager and Operations Manager.

Sales Manager Role

Function: Serve as the bridge between the hotels sales team and our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hotel sales and clients to define A/V requirements.
  • Translate client needs into detailed event orders for the Ops Manager.
  • Build strong hotel relationships for repeat and referral business.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Current Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator in a hotel.
  • Familiar with hotel sales processes and group business.
  • Exposure to A/V as part of hotel events.
  • Seeking a client-facing, revenue-driving sales step up.

Compensation:

  • Base: $55,000$65,000.
  • Monthly commissions, projected ~$25K annually.
  • Salary reviews every 6 months.
  • Full benefits.
