Sales Manager (Electrical) - Canton, Ohio - JOB 25- Salary Range: $60K - $75K Permanent Position with Benefits Canton, Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks a Sales Manager who has previous experience selling a verity of industrial, commercial and residential electrical components, assemblies and products. The Sales Manager must be capable of managing a sales team that not only sells but provides customer support services. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience selling industrial, commercial and/or residential electrical components, assemblies, lighting, power distribution, transformers, electrical protection devices, breakers fuses, switchgears, electrical enclosures, and other electrical services. Experienced Sales Manager providing leadership, setting sales goals, manage sales and marketing budgets, and plan strategic sales and marketing. Track sales activities, establish sales performance standards, identify areas that need improvement, mentor and train sales personnel. Expand customer database and improve upon positive customer relations by providing outstanding service. Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
