What Youll Do
As our Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in growing our business by driving sales performance, strategy, and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Salary & Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 $200,000 annually (base + uncapped commission)
- Incentives: Performance bonuses, commission, and sales contests
- Uncapped earning potential the more you close, the more you earn
