Sales Manager, Partner Sales (Senior Living and IHC)

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to support the Senior Living and In-Home Care sales teams. You'll report directly to the VP of B2B Partnerships and Sales and will be responsible for leading both sales strategy and execution to grow Caring's partnership network.

In this role you will:

  • Lead remote, inside sales teams of B2B account executives (AEs)
  • Coach (AEs) regularly to maximize sales performance
  • Track and report on KPIs including individual/team sales performance of AEs, sales funnel performance, new revenue created, etc.
  • Develop and update sales strategies to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
  • Regularly evaluate commission and incentive plans for the team, ensuring incentives are aligned with company goals
  • Do business development including networking, attending industry conferences, and hosting webinars to drive sales prospects into the funnel
  • Negotiate contracts with large prospective partners
  • Present updates on sales performance to company leadership on a regular basis
  • Be accountable to team quota; hold AEs accountable to their individual quotas
  • Be a subject matter expert for prospective and existing partners
  • Manage through ambiguity, work independently, and chart direction of initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience building and leading inside sales teams
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Excellent data driven leadership skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High proficiency with CRM's (We use Hubspot)
  • Senior care industry experience preferred
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • High self-motivation and driven to continually exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High business acumen
  • Willing to travel as needed
