Job Summary A client of Ryzen Solutions is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a sales team in their Price Signs division. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader who is passionate about strategy and mentoring. The manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer success in the retail petroleum industry.
Key Responsibilities Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a distributed team of sales representatives. This includes managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale engagement. Strategic Growth: Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities, develop deal strategies, and support the team in preparing proposals and negotiating contracts. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining pipeline accuracy and forecasting reliability using a CRM like HubSpot. Customer and Inter-departmental Collaboration: Act as a senior point of contact for key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. This role requires collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support to deliver a seamless customer experience. Operations and Reporting: Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes and KPIs. The manager will also prepare regular performance reports and strategic insights for executive leadership.
Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role.
Skills: Proven success in managing and motivating geographically distributed sales teams. A strong grasp of consultative and solution-based selling. Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Travel: The ability to travel up to 75% is required to support the team and meet with clients.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation: The salary is $80,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance incentives and bonus potential.
