Sales Manager

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and managing a team of Sales and Leasing Agents as well as National Sales Specialists across multiple regions. Your daily focus will be on pipeline management, accountability, and driving high-performance sales execution to meet occupancy goals. You'll act as the vital link between strategic priorities and on-the-ground sales actions, fostering a results-driven culture. Accountabilities:

• Maintain daily communication with sales agents to drive accountability and momentum.
• Monitor sales pipelines and deal progress through CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Set clear sales expectations, KPIs, and targets while recognizing achievements.
• Identify and remove obstacles hindering sales productivity.
• Provide coaching and tactical support to improve closing strategies and customer engagement.
• Track team performance via leaderboards and scorecards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant housing regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to align resources and strategic priorities.
• Participate in strategic meetings to share insights on market trends and team needs.
