Job Title Responsibilities: May include other responsibilities as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience and high school diploma or equivalent education required. 5+ Years of Sales experience required, preferably in publishing or licensing. Previous publishing experience and/or academic institutions relationship building preferred. Polished interpersonal skills, especially the ability to develop relationships both internally and externally. Ability to work with all levels of staff, management and the customer base. Knowledge and understanding of intellectual property rights, particularly as they apply to content licensing. Must be self-motivated and able to effectively manage time to achieve both individual and departmental goals. Results oriented, including demonstrated ability to reach sales goals and handle pressure. Skilled at performing in a team environment while striving to maximize individual goals. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail needed, including market research, budgeting, forecasting and quantitative/qualitative campaign analysis. Negotiation skills required. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time under constant deadline pressure. Proficiency in sales CRM tools and reporting. This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $85,680 -$113,526. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
