Sales Manager - Used Cars

Growing automotive franchise is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Used Car Department in Chippewa, to drive used sales quotas and objectives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in planning, organizing, coordinating, and training sales consultants within a high-volume dealership. Essential Responsibilities: . Ensure the dealership is attaining the highest level CSI. Keep General Sales Manager apprised of initiatives and activities designed to motivate, train, and counsel the Sales Team. Maintain top efficiency. Review and assist in sales calls. Review productivity reports, monthly forecasts with management. Ensure Sales Consultants are trained and up to date on their product lines to successfully complete knowledge tests. Comply with franchise standards for displaying, merchandising and maintaining used cars showroom. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations that affect new car sales (i.e. Red Flag Rules). Monitor and maintain proper display of inventory in the showroom and on the lot. Education and Qualifications: Possess a minimum of two years of automobile sales experience Possess a minimum of one year dealership management experience Valid driver's license in good standing CDK experience preferred Effective communication and managerial skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask Commitment to continuous improvement What Bowser Offers: Competitive pay Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with company match Company paid life insurance Job Type: Full-time
