Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential customers in biotech, pharma, CDMO, and academic sectors Promote FY BIO's product portfolio, including: 1、 QC testing kits (endotoxin, mycoplasma, sterility) 2、Single-use bioprocess consumables Functional assay development tools Manage the sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports in CRM Collaborate with technical support and marketing teams to deliver tailored customer solutions Represent FY BIO at virtual meetings, conferences, or select local events Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approach Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field 2–5 years of sales experience in life sciences, bioprocessing, or IVD industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Understanding of cell culture, purification, or QC workflows Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Flexible schedule and willingness to travel occasionally (if needed)
