Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources. Be outstanding at relationship building. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Requirement Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Must be highly self-motivated. Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license . Strong work ethic and leadership skills . Minimum 3-5 years prior insurance sales experience. Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
