We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Your Role: As the Sales Manager, you will lead the pursuit and management of group and catering opportunities with a strategic, results-driven approach. You'll play a key role in maximizing revenue by promoting premium services and tailored enhancements for each client engagement. This position is essential to achieving both individual and team sales targets, while ensuring a smooth transition of business to the operations team for flawless service execution.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively Seek & Manage: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive group bookings, events, and corporate partnerships.
Maximize Revenue: Actively identify and suggest enhancements to maximize revenue for the resort. Drive personal and team-related revenue targets.
