Position Summary

Kilter Termite & Pest Control is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Sales Team across all branches. This role is responsible for driving revenue, exceeding sales targets, supporting Inspectors and Yearly Control staff, and cultivating a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Inspectors and Yearly Control staff to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Analyze market trends across the region to identify growth opportunities
  • Design and implement training programs focused on process improvement and employee development
  • Ensure consistent adherence to sales processes and training standards
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Evaluate branch performance and individual Termite Sales Inspectors
  • Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports to leadership
  • Identify challenges proactively and recommend timely, effective solutions
  • Introduce innovative sales strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention
  • Uphold all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
Requirements:

Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in leadership and sales, along with a commitment to excellence and safety. Requirements include:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a service-based industry, including leadership roles
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of direct or outside sales experience (Branch 3 Field Representative License preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Highly motivated, quick to learn, and resourceful in problem-solving
  • Safety-sensitive position requiring strict adherence to safety protocols
  • Must pass a company background check and substance abuse screening
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
