What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the Sales Team - Recruit, train, and motivate sales reps to crush their goals.
• Set the Pace - Drive sales growth by building your own pipeline while helping your team do the same.
• Coach & Mentor - Provide hands-on guidance to help reps develop skills, close deals, and deliver top-notch service.
• Build Client Relationships - Nurture lasting customer connections and ensure every client has a great Rose Rock Roofing experience.
• Track Performance - Monitor KPIs, sales numbers, and team progress, keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
• Collaborate Across Teams - Work with project managers and crews to ensure smooth handoffs and top-quality project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience - Preferred in residential and commercial roofing sales/leadership.
• Leadership Skills - Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Sales Drive - Track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• People Skills - Strong communicator with a knack for building trust.
• Problem-Solving - Cool under pressure and solution-focused.
• Local Knowledge - Familiarity with Oklahoma markets and regulations is a plus.
