This position is responsible for coordinating and driving kitchenware-related design sales projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin), customer management acumen, and hands-on experience in project execution. This role is well-suited for individuals with 35 years of industry experience and a strong sensitivity to both design and sales. Position Overview:

Compensation:
Monthly Base Salary: $4,000 $5,000 (negotiable based on experience) Project-based Commission Bonus: Total monthly income can reach $8,000 $10,000
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of client projects, from requirement gathering, design proposal, pricing, order placement, production tracking, to final delivery and acceptance Actively identify, approach, and convert potential clients, especially in the kitchenware, interior design, and custom home improvement sectors Coordinate across design, procurement, supply chain, and installation teams to ensure timeline and quality standards are met Communicate with factories and designers to drive project optimization and cost control Participate in sales negotiations and provide detailed project budgets, timelines, and quotations Maintain and update project tracking sheets regularly; monitor progress and client satisfaction Be accountable for the sales performance of assigned projects and achieving revenue targets
Qualifications:
Professional Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree or above; backgrounds in interior design, architecture, building materials, or international trade are preferred 35 years of experience in project management or sales support roles, ideally in design or high-end home furnishing industries Familiarity with custom product sales processes, installation schedules, and customer expectations Experience in the kitchenware, cabinetry, or custom interior furniture sectors is a strong plus
Project Management & Communication Skills:
Strong customer service orientation; proactive in identifying and fulfilling client needs Capable for managing project timelines, budgets, and quality control Able to quickly understand design proposals and serve as a bridge among clients, designers, and factories Skilled at capturing client needs from scratch and attracting new clients
Language Skills:
Fluent in Mandarin to coordinate seamlessly with China-based teams and supply chain Excellent English communication skills for effective interaction with U.S.-based clients
Additional Requirements:
Strong stress management, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and execution-focused Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or ERP systems is preferred
