Due to growth, it has created a need for a Sales Manager at our corporate headquarters in McLean, VA. The Sales Manager at DreamPak will play a pivotal role in executing strategic sales initiatives, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in our dynamic, fast-paced market. This role requires a result-driven, energetic individual with outstanding communication skills, a passion for business development, and the ability to travel frequently. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to clients' needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and operations. Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings domestically and internationally. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to the Chief Sales Officer. Lead negotiations, manage account renewals, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years' proven success in sales or business development, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment. Willing and able to travel frequently as needed.
