Humanscale is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager who can lead an entire office of sales professionals to exceed sales goals within a defined sales territory. Responsibilities
Hire, develop and lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue, profitability and product mix sales goals Assist in advancing the sales process for individual sales opportunities within your team and/or their own client base Assess sales probability and forecast revenue expectations Observe and participate in sales calls with all team members for sales development and coaching purposes Utilize resources for strategic selling Assess sales representative skill sets so you can create and maintain individual development plans Implement established corporate policies, procedures, strategies and manage sales budget Complete sales activity, pending business and 30-60-90 Day forecast reports and general customer service as well as maintaining customer contact database Maintain a strong understanding of all of Humanscale’s products Qualifications
5+ years of outside B2B Sales Experience 2+ years of management or leadership experience Bachelor's degree is required Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Ability to travel overnight regionally up to 25% Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skillful negotiation, presentation, follow-up and closing skills COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficiency in MS Office WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive base Medical Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) HSA, FSA, Commuter Benefits Medical Discounts Ancillary Benefits Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Insurance Voluntary, Spouse, and Child Life Insurance Pet Insurance Employee Discount Programs 401k matching Paid time off (including 15 PTO days and 10 holidays) Salary Range: $119,842   - $174,803 In addition to the salary there is a bonus variable component.
