We are looking for self-motivated, reliable sales personnel to join our team and help us grow. To be a sales manager, you must prove your success and motivation for the rest of the sales team to follow you. If you believe in relationship sales, developing trust, and full accountability, we are a great fit for you. The primary focus on growing inbound sales and creating opportunities for outbound sales is the target. Achieving goals and KPI's is how we will measure and reward based on success.

$20 - $25 hourly

• Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful
• Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals
• Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
• Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals
• Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement
• Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs

• Proven track record of sales success
• Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major
• At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills

We also stock an abundance of small wares, cutlery, plumbing, janitorial supplies, and miscellaneous front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house needs. We offer additional services, including a repair service and maintenance division, an in-house delivery and installation team, and a consulting and design division.
