Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to align with company goals and drive business growth. • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. • Analyze and interpret sales performance data and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform decision-making. • Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Prepare and deliver clear, insightful sales reports and presentations for management review. Qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience , ideally within the fitness or wellness industry. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Strong leadership and team management capabilities , fostering high-performance sales teams. • Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools , with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
