Full Time: 40+ hrs./5-day work week (Monday to Saturday) Must have Saturday availability

90 day paid training Medical Insurance Paid Vacation & Sick Leave Annual profit sharing after 12 months of employment A company vehicle will be available for related tasks Travel reimbursement when using own vehicle for company related tasks (mileage) Company will provide an iPad & mobile device stipend Employee discounts on products & services Potential for growth within organization Monthly/quarterly sales & product knowledge training Responsibilities: This role will report to the owner Provide outstanding customer service & lead by example Monitor daily performance & provide consistent leadership Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided Oversee ongoing training in current software programs, floor-covering products, job assessments & the sales process Manage showroom operations, product displays & up-tracking Collaborate with the owner to implement effective marketing strategies, operational improvements & achieve profit goals Oversee projects submitted by sales team & fulfilled by other support staff to ensure accuracy Build strong relationships with clients, installers & vendors to quickly solve problems Execute all daily tasks & responsibilities essential for each project's success Gather space/area measurements & calculate number of materials for project Provide sample suggestions, present project proposals, collect client payments, schedule the installation and perform quality control throughout project Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability Ensure customer service issues are documented & addressed promptly Drive innovation & enhance system efficiency Uphold professional standards for all team members Help to maintain the showroom by keeping samples, displays & common areas current & clean Desired Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years' proven work experience in Retail Management, Sales Management, Showroom Management, or similar role Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRMs & social media platforms Knowledge of marketing strategies to retain new business Ability to set sales targets & achieve them effectively Strong leadership skills & ability to delegate effectively A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations Strong analytical skills to identify trends & sales patterns Ability to adapt & respond quickly to a shifting reality so priorities are adjusted accordingly Excellent organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority Advanced time management & interpersonal skills Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities Strong personal & professional ethics Excellent communication skills & detail oriented Knowledge of the flooring industry a plus (Willing to train) Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus (Willing to train) How to Apply: Use the response option in this job board Attach an up-to-date resume outlining your experience for the position A cover letter is always appreciated No emails or phone calls to the showroom Do not personally deliver resumes to the showroom * Qualified candidates will be contacted by email to schedule a phone interview* Flooring America is an Equal Opportunity Employer
