Key Responsibilities- Recruit, onboard, and mentor high-performing sales representatives- Lead weekly sales meetings, morning huddles, and training sessions- Set and monitor KPIs: close rates, gross profit margins, appointment tracking- Utilize CRM systems (AccuLynx, SalesRabbit, CompanyCam, Hailtrace) for accountability and performance tracking- Attend inspections, adjuster meetings, and assist with deal closings as needed- Collaborate with production and administrative teams to ensure project completion- Foster a high-energy, purpose-driven team culture aligned with Christian values

Qualifications- 5+ years of leadership experience in roofing and home improvement sales- Proven ability to build, train, and lead successful teams- Strong communication skills and a motivational leadership style- Tech-savvy and experienced with platforms such as AccuLynx, SalesRabbit, and Google Drive- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Must pass background check and drug screening- Sales coaching or leadership certifications are preferred but not required

Schedule- Full-Time- Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend requirements- 5.5-6 days per week depending on season and project volume

Location- Hybrid work model based in Edmond, OK- Sales territory includes Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities in western Oklahoma
