Founded in 2020, we transform leftover plywood into cost-effective, modular setups that enhance street dining and meet Dining Out NYC guidelines. Our turnkey approach delivers safe, attractive outdoor seating, with 80+ installations completed across the city. About the Role Re-ply is looking for a confident, personable, and design-minded Sales Manager to lead our seasonal sales cycle from October 2025 through March 2026. This is a unique opportunity at the intersection of hospitality and design: you'll partner with NYC restaurant owners and managers to bring their outdoor dining vision to life. You'll guide clients from the very first conversation through to a successful close, making the process clear, personable, and stress-free — and ensuring each restaurant ends up with a structure they love, delivered on time and on budget. You'll collaborate closely with our co-founders, operations, and design teams, and lead a small team of Sales Associates.
What You'll Do Manage inbound leads and client outreach Host consults and site visits with restaurant owners/managers Prepare proposals, follow up on quotes, and close contracts Keep our CRM (Monday.com) updated and accurate Coordinate install schedules with operations and design teams Lead 1–2 Sales Associates to meet sales targets Represent Re-ply with professionalism and charm in all client meetings About You 3–5 years' experience in sales,
