You’ll report directly to the CEO/Owner and help shape the future of our growing business.*Responsibilities:** Lead and support service advisors, technicians, and customer service team* Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture* Ensure exceptional customer experiences* Streamline operations for efficiency and profitability* Collaborate with leadership to meet business goals* Manage budgets, reporting, and daily KPIs* Drive employee engagement and retention* Promote a high standard of communication and accountability*Qualifications:** 3-5+ years of management experience in automotive repair or a related industry* Must possess strong technical proficiency and demonstrate comfort in navigating modern systems and tools as an essential part of the role* Analytical and numbers-driven, with the ability to interpret sales performance, identify trends, and forecast outcomes* Financially minded, with a solid grasp of parts, sales margins, and profitability to ensure each transaction is net-positive* Committed to data-driven, cost-conscious decision-making that supports both revenue and gross profit goals* Committed to integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills* Proven ability to motivate and build successful teams* Experience with budgeting, reporting, and shop operations* A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred*Tired of working weekends?
