What You’ll Do (and Do Exceptionally Well) Make ~100+ outbound calls daily to warm and fresh leads Follow up like a pro via calls, texts, and emails — because the fortune is in the follow-up Set high-quality appointments for our expert real estate agents to close Keep sharp, timely records in our Brivity CRM Bring energy, empathy, and excellence to every conversation, every day You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Are naturally outgoing, likeable, and make people feel heard Have experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments Thrive with high call volumes and structured systems Stay calm and organized under pressure Have interest in real estate (licensed?
