Salary Base $170,000 $200,000 with Great Benefits + Paid Relocation
Do you have an Engineering mind with a Sales personality? Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with prior sales experience in the HVAC manufacturing industry. This position will be an active sales position with heavy travel. The qualified candidate must also be capable of making decisions and supervising other sales employees. When not on the road, this Sales Manager will be at the plant working closely with the sales and engineering team.
Reporting to the CEO, youll be a road warrior traveling throughout North America, establishing new customers and maintaining active clients! When at home, you will enjoy the quaint and safe community but be close enough to the city that you can enjoy all music concerts, festivals, and great food!
The skills we need you to have to be our next Sales Manager:
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering Degree
At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Manufacturing
Ability to travel
Able to supervise and motivate.
