Larson & Keeney Home Services is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Manager for their Sales Department in Madison, WI. Larson & Keeney has partnered with Hueman for this search.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead and mentor a high-performing field sales team, drive strategic growth, and foster strong client relationships. This leadership role offers a competitive compensation plan with performance-based bonuses and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success. Larson Keeney Home Services is a growing residential services provider, offering roofing, gutter, and insulation solutions. As an Outside Sales Manager, you’ll report directly to the Director of Sales and work cross-functionally with production, sales, and customer service teams to drive results and maintain excellence across all sales operations.
Job Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in sales management
Ability to lead team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions
Experience with performance improvement plans and team development
Proficiency with CRM tools and timely data entry
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Willingness to conduct ride-alongs and work evening appointments
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding sales talent
Strong organizational skills and accountability in reporting and goal tracking
Commitment to community involvement through Builders Associations
Ability to coordinate with sales, production, and marketing for lead generation
