Seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and guide a team of 8-10 sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving team performance, fostering a positive sales culture, and ensuring profitable sales outcomes across HVAC, plumbing, electric, and sewer/underground services.
Base = $85k Commission = uncapped commission Projected Year 1 Earnings = $150k -$190k Company car, phone, laptop
Expectations/Responsibilities: Sales Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and coach the sales team as a core driver of company growth. The majority of leads are generated by field technicians, with additional leads provided through marketing efforts. Leads are distributed to the sales team by the Sales Lead Coordinator using Service Titan dispatching software. Once a sale is closed, the sales team is responsible for ensuring a smooth handover before transitioning the project to the Install Coordinator. Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with the leadership team to help set the annual budget and provide accurate monthly forecasts. Technology & Systems Utilization: Manage leads and pipeline through Service Titan (CRM). Report weekly KPIs using the
90.0 Management System. Engage in continuous development through the
Sandler Sales System
and
Nexstar
training resources. Sales Process Optimization: Provide recommendations to management on effective sales methods, techniques, and process improvements to drive performance. Data & Reporting: Maintain strong proficiency in spreadsheets, as sales books are tracked and integrated into the CRM.

Business Development: Skilled at identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including conducting market research to uncover potential clients and industry trends. Collaboration: Ability to work closely with internal teams to design and implement effective sales strategies. Sales Team Performance: Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals. Negotiation Skills: Strong experience negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve win-win outcomes. Client Support: Committed to delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle. Account Management: Capable of maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline development. Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing client complaints and resolving issues to build long-term success and satisfaction. Non – Negotiable Requirements The candidate must align with the company culture, emphasizing a customer-first mindset and integrity. The candidate must have a proven track record of leading a team, overcoming challenges, and achieving growth. The candidate must be coachable, with the ability to both receive coaching and effectively coach and develop others. The candidate must have demonstrated team leadership experience with a consistent record of driving profitable sales success. The candidate must be willing and able to work from the office and meet clients in person. The candidate must be proficient in spreadsheets and CRM reporting. The candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen, with employment contingent upon satisfactory results. The candidate must: Confirm they are legally authorized to work in the United States. Confirm whether they will require sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status.
Reporting Structure:
The Sales Manager will report to the President. The candidate will be measured on the following activities: Sales Revenue/Activities Conversion rates Average Sales Price Building a highly functional team (ability to train, coach, and lead sales talent) 2026 Company Budget Goal: $30m in revenue
