Role Overview
The Sales Manager is a key leader responsible for enabling the fundraising team that drives capital for our development projects. This role ensures the team has the structure, tools, and visibility to perform at the highest level while keeping senior leadership out of the day-to-day. Working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance, the Sales Manager drives strategy and execution across all fundraising initiatives. By removing bottlenecks, aligning resources, and maintaining clear investor reporting, the Sales Manager empowers the fundraising team to focus on relationships and closings, ensuring our capital-raising engine runs with precision, transparency, and scale.
Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Salesforce
Manage Salesforce pipeline tracking, reporting, and data integrity. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership clear visibility into sales performance. Ensure data consistency across Salesforce and integrated sales platforms.
Project & Initiative Management
Manage sales-related initiatives such as investor conferences, events, and roadshows, including ROI tracking and post-event reporting. Coordinate cross-functional projects with leadership, marketing, and investor relations. Track deliverables, timelines, and ownership across equity and villa sales initiatives.
Sales Support Facilitate weekly sales pipeline reviews, ensuring dashboards and reports are updated before leadership meetings. Customize pre-approved marketing and sales materials for specific investor or villa sales opportunities. Provide administrative and operational support to reduce non-sales workload for executives. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or project management, ideally in real estate, private equity, or high-value B2B industries. Strong Salesforce skills (reporting, dashboards, pipeline management); admin-level knowledge a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail. Experience collaborating with marketing and adapting materials for sales opportunities. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The project includes 165 residential villas (2BD–6BD) and luxury amenities such as pickleball courts, pools, a beach club, a clubhouse, tennis villas, a marina, horse stables, and a restaurant.
The Sales Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting equity sales and ensuring reporting, data integrity, and project management systems are fully aligned to support both investor and villa sales success.
