Job Title: Sales Manager
Report to: General Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Manage sales activities of establishment:
- Direct and manage a team of sales staff.
- Recruit, hire and retain sales team.
- Develop, train and motivate sales team each day.
- Ensure each sales person is meeting minimum sales quotes.
- Ensure each sales person is meeting minimum CSI standards.
- Analyze sales statistics to assist dealers in promoting sales.
- Conduct monthly and annual reviews for each salesperson on team.
- Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
- Control inventory by product mix and equipment, if applicable.
- Establish, implement and monitor only legal selling techniques and advertising.
- Meet or exceed monthly minimum standards.
- Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Ensure that subordinates conform to the company’s policies on non-discrimination and harassment and personally conform to company policies.
- Treat members of the public in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner.
- Work in a cooperative and positive manner with all personnel and maintains a professional demeanor while on the job.
- Report any violation of the sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies to management.
*At least 2 years experience working as a Sales Manager/Finance Manager in a Dealership Required
*Pre-employment process includes driving record insurability check, background search and drug screening
*Must have a valid Driver License

Pay: $12,000- $24,000/Month
